30/12/2020 – Tier 3 Restrictions Update

As the Liverpool Region will be moving to tier 3 from midnight on 30th December, unfortunately Bubbles World of Play will once again be closed until restrictions are eased.

COVID-19 Rules:

By purchasing tickets to Bubbles World of Play you agree to the following COVID specific rules & regulations:

  • Any customer that is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or who has been told to self isolate or quarantine must not visit us (This includes children who have been told to self isolate due to an outbreak at their school)

  • Customers must arrive at the correct time stated on their admission ticket. We are unable to modify bookings, offer refunds or change session admission or leaving times due to capacity restrictions sorry.

  • All sessions are limited to 2 hours and you must leave at the correct time stated on your tickets.

  • All visitors to Bubbles including customers and employees will have their temperature checked on arrival. Any person displaying a temperature over 38c after 3 attempts will not be admitted.

  • Customers over the age of 11 must wear a face mask at all times whilst in the building except whist eating or drinking at their tables.

  • Our admission system is unable to offer bookings for more than 6 people (Rule of 6).

  • Due to us being in the High tier of restrictions; customers are unable to meet or socialise with anybody outside of their household or support bubble.

  • Tables have been set out to meet social distancing requirements. They must not be moved.

  • Hand sanitiser points are located throughout the building and all customers must sanitise their hands when arriving and prior to entering our play areas.

  • We are unable to admit any person who does not have a pre-booked admission ticket.

  • We no longer accept cash and all food & drink payments must be made by debit / credit card

  • Please help with our enhanced Track & Trace system by submitting your table number to our admission system (you will receive an SMS message 5 min after arrival)

  • Please observe social distancing signage and floor stickers.

  • Any persons not following our COVID-19 Rules or our Standard Rules of Play will be asked to leave

Our admission system is currently only offering bookings up to 7 days in advance

Our Admission system is easy to use and allows us to safely manage capacities and provide full Track & Trace

  • If you have previously purchased tickets on the system and registered as a member then please click ‘Login / Register’

  • If you are new to the system then please select the number of guests from the relevant drop down lists then click ‘Continue to Date Selection’

  • Select the date you wish to visit (we are currently only allowing bookings up to 7 days in advance)

  • You will then be shown the available slots for the selected date. Simply choose what arrival / departure time you want

  • To make the payment enter your contact details and credit card details onto the secure payment page. Click ‘Purchase’ to proceed

  • Enter the details for each guest including their name and DOB. Click ‘Continue to Member Sign Up’

  • To benefit from our discounted member prices please fill in the Registration page. This will allow you to easily purchase tickets in the future.

  • You will then be emailed your tickets.

  • On arrival at the correct date & time simply present your ticket to our reception team.

  • Once you have checked in and are seated, our admission system will send you a SMS asking for your table number so we can offer enhanced Track & Trace.

  • Relax whilst your children burn off some energy and have a great time!
