Preparing a birthday party at home can be stressful, time consuming and can become expensive.

Please Call 0151 691 6030 or ask at our reception to make a booking and to enquire about availability.

We are open from 09:30am – 6pm 7 days a week.

We will require a provisional number of children for the party and a £50 deposit to confirm the booking.
Please try and give us an accurate provisional number as 2 of our booths have limits of 21 children. If more than 21 turn up our larger room may not be available on the day.

Final numbers must be confirmed 5 days before the party when we require the balance to be paid in full.

We can provide you with invites which are available to be collected from our reception.

Party FAQ’s

Once numbers have been confirmed 5 days before the party we are unable to refund for no-shows but we can offer you an admission ticket for every child that doesn’t show (provided the number attending is not less than the minimum number required for your chosen party package).
Yes, providing the final balance is paid 5 days in advance, you can pay as often as you like. Payments can be made in person with cash or card and also over the phone with cards. We are open daily from 9:30am to 6pm.

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your party start time to meet your party host so we can take your birthday cake and guest list off you.
We are unable to allow guests into the building more than 10 minutes early as your party host will be busy setting up for your party.

Reserved seating will be provided upstairs in our dedicated party area during peak times. Off peak parties will be offered reserved seating downstairs. Our play frames have a number of access points downstairs and CCTV of the frames is shown on TVs throughout the building.
We allow 1 adult for every child booked onto the party plus a few extra for the birthday child.
Siblings are more than welcome to attend Bubbles’ World of Play and pay standard admission to play for the duration of the party. If you would like additional children to join the party we may be able to add them on the day at the standard rates providing we do not go over the capacity of the party room and we have enough notice to provide food and extra’s for them.
If you wish to stay longer you would have to be re-admitted into our system and pay admission. We will also require you to vacate the party area and reserved party seating to allow other party guests to enjoy their parties.
You are more than welcome to bring balloons for your party providing you monitor them and they are not taken outside of the party area (due to H & S issues with ribbons etc). Unfortunately other decorations and games such as banners, piñatas, confetti, party poppers etc are not allowed for obvious health & safety reasons.
You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake and our party hosts will cut it for you (please advise how you would like it cutting). If you bring a cake, don’t forget the candles. Unfortunately sparkler type candles are not allowed as they interfere with our fire alarms and can cause burns.
Please advise us when you are booking your party so we can make alternative food arrangements for those children.
Sorry, only food and drink purchased from Bubbles may be consumed within the building. We do sell pre-booked adult food platters and cakes; adult meals can also be ordered from our food counters on both floors.
Unfortunately we are unable to allow external entertainment due to security & safety issues.

What Next?

  • Once you have given us provisional numbers and made your booking and included any extras we will then provide you with invites (either collect them from us or we will post them).
  • Please try and give us accurate provisional numbers.
  • We will also give you a guest list for you to fill in with the names of children attending. We require the guest list on the day so we can admit the children to your party.
  • 5 Days before your party final numbers and extras need confirming and the full balance needs to be paid.

On the Day of your Party

  • We ask that you arrive approx 10 min before the party starts.
  • When you arrive one of our party team will meet you at reception and introduce themselves. They will take the Guest List off you and any cakes, party bags etc. They will show you to your reserved seating area and will then return to reception and await the arrival of your other guests.
  • Our party hosts will be around for the duration of your party offering assistance.
  • We will provide you with a shoe bucket where children’s shoes can be kept.
  • You will be given jugs of juice and cups for the children to drink at the reserved tables.
  • Children can go off and play whilst adults relax and share any pre-booked platters.
  • After 80 minutes the children will be called on our tannoy system and asked to go to the party area.
  • We will present the cake and sing Happy Birthday
  • Party food will then be served to the children (younger ones may require assistance from parents / carers).
  • Whilst food is being served we will cut the cake to your requirements, wrap it and put it in the party bags you have brought with you or ordered from us.
  • If you have ordered a Bubbles’ Character visit, Bubbles will attend the party to meet the children and give out stickers.
  • When the party finishes children will be given their party bags (if supplied by yourself or ordered from us).
  • We ask that party guests vacate the party booths at the stated end time so we can turn the area around for the next Birthday Child and their guests.
  • Please ask us if you require any bags for presents etc.

Make a Bear & Teddy Bear’s Picnic Party

  • Timings for our bear parties are different from standard parties:
    • The children play for the first 60 minutes.
    • After 60 min play we kindly ask adults to assist in rounding up the children so they can begin the Make a Bear experience on time for the next 30 minutes of the party.
    • The final 30 minutes are spent enjoying a picnic with the children’s bears.
    • Due to choking hazards the Make a Bear parties are only suitable for children aged 3 to 11 years old.
    • Jugs of juice are provided on the adults tables for children to drink during their play time. We then provide a fruit shoot in the marquee with the picnic to prevent the risk of jugs / cups of juice spilling onto their bears.
