Puddles Outdoor Splash Water Play Area for Children 11 and Under
Puddles Outdoor Splash Water Play Area is for children aged 11 and under.
We aim to be open daily from 11:00am to 5:30pm (last admission 4:30pm) for the duration of the Summer Holidays – weather permitting.
Please check our Facebook Page / Feed below for latest opening Information
Admission is £6 per child for 1 hours play. Only children aged 11 and under can play.
We have seating around the splash area for adults to sit and watch their children. There is gated access to the attraction.
Please ensure you child wears appropriate swimming / wet play clothing and swimming nappies for younger children. We have changing cabins on site. Also don’t forget sun cream, due to the occasional coastal gusts it is unsafe for umbrellas to be installed so the area is in the sun from approx 11:30am.
We sell a selection of hot & cold drinks, Ice Creams, Pizzas and Chips. No food, drinks or picnics can be brought into Puddles due to contamination and local wildlife hazards.
We are located behind Bubbles (in between Bubbles and the small model boating area). Our pedestrian entrance is off the prom (look for the multi coloured hut).
Parking is available along the coastal road and within Marine Point Car Parks.

What are your opening times?
We will be open from 11:30am to 5:30pm (last admission 4:30pm) up to 10th September 2018. These opening times are weather permitting – please check our Facebook page for latest opening information.
How much is admission?
Admission is £6 per child for 1 hours play. Adults are free. Please note only children aged 11 and under can go onto the splash pad (and accompanying parents of young children to hold their hands).
Check out our Puddles & Bubbles admission offers available at the Puddles Entrance Desk to save on entry to both attractions.
Can you book in advance?
Unfortunately with Puddles being weather dependant we did not want to offer the ability to book in advance and then let people down if the weather is not nice enough for us to open. Thankfully we have lots of picnic bench seating and we operate a 1 family in / 1 family out policy when there are no benches left – which doesn’t happen that often.
What should children wear?
Children should wear appropriate swim / wet clothes and footwear. Younger children who are not fully toilet trained must wear swimming nappies. Also please don’t forget sun cream – the area is in the sun from 11:30am (unsafe for us to install parasols due to gusting coastal winds).
We have toilets and changing cabins on site.
Do you sell food & drinks?
We sell a range of hot & cold drinks, pizzas, chips and ice creams. Due to risks of water contamination and local wildlife problems we ask that customers do not bring any food, drinks or picnics with them when they visit.
Is this suitable for my 12 year old?
Unfortunately for Health & Safety and insurance reasons only children aged 11 and under are able to go onto the splash pad. This is something out of our control and we are unable to make exceptions sorry.
Where can we park?
Parking is available along the coastal road and within Marine Point car parks. Our pedestrian entrance is located on the prom between Bubbles and the small model boating area.
