Only Children Aged 0 - 11 can play on our soft play frames.
Customers must arrive at the correct time stated on their admission ticket. We are unable to modify bookings, offer refunds or change session admission or leaving times due to capacity restrictions sorry.
All Peak (Weekend & School Holiday) soft play sessions are limited to 2 hours and you must leave at the correct time stated on your tickets.
Our admission system is unable to offer bookings for more than 6 people. Should you wish to attend with more than 6 people then you will need to make 2 separate bookings.
Our admission system is currently offering bookings up to 7 days in advance.
