Our Birthday Parties last for 2 hours and include lots of fun in our soft play areas followed by a hot and cold party buffet in one of our themed birthday party booths, you even get your own birthday party host for the duration of the birthday party.
Our online booking system provides you with free digital party invites to download and you can even manage your party guestlist and make payments towards your party to suit you. We can also take care of party bags, sweet cones and a number of other extras; making us an all in one birthday party offering!
All you need to secure your party booking is a £50 deposit payable at the time of booking. You can then pay off the remaining balance in instalments with the final balance being due 5 days before the birthday party.

Jungle Party Booth
Jungle themed party booth with friendly animals, our Jungle Booth seats up to 21 Children and can be booked for birthday parties that begin on the hour. If there may be more than 21 children attending your birthday party then please ask for the Savannah Party Area.
Savannah Party Booth
Our Savannah themed Birthday Party area is designed specifically for parties of over 21 children and comprises of 6 large tables with stools for our birthday party guests to enjoy their party food.
Underwater Party Booth
Underwater themed with Mermaid, Fish and Treasure, this party booth can seat up to 21 children and can be booked for parties that begin on the half hour. If there may be more than 21 children attending please ask for the Savannah Party Area which can be booked for parties that begin on the hour.
VIP Play Frame Entrance
Our upstairs birthday party area has its own VIP entrance directly into our Main Play Frame. All birthday party children are given wristbands on arrival which allows them to use the VIP entrance so they can easily access the party area.

Important Booking Information
When booking, please try and select an accurate provisional number of children as 2 of our party booths have limits of 21 children. If more than 21 turn up our larger party room may not be available on the day.
Final numbers must be confirmed 5 days before the birthday party when we require the balance to be paid in full.
Once your booking has been made you will be emailed a link to our Digital Birthday Party Invite Creator where you can customise your invites and even include a photo of your child if you wish. Your digital invite will then be emailed to you to print / share on Whatsapp etc.
Please ensure you have completed the guestlist (emailed to you with your booking details), allergy requirements and birthday child information at least 3 days before the party so we can carry out final preparations ready for your child's big day.
Children's Birthday Parties - What Next?
- Once you have given us provisional numbers and made your party booking and included any extras you will then receive emails with links to create digital invites, update your guestlist and make further payments.
- Please try and give an accurate provisional number when booking so the party room you have selected is suitable for the number of party guests.
- We will email a guest list for you to fill out so we can quickly check all invited children in - don't worry, you can amend the guest list upto 24 hours before your birthday party.
- We require allergy information 3 days before the party so we can ensure our kitchen are aware and can then begin planning your buffet.
- We will also email a payment link where you can pay off the balance owed in installments providing the final balance is paid no later than 5 days before the party
- 5 Days before your birthday party; final numbers need confirming and the full balance needs to be paid.
On the Day of your Child's Birthday Party
- We ask that you arrive approx. 10 min before the birthday party starts.
- When you arrive one of our party team will meet you at reception and introduce themselves. They will show you to your reserved seating area and will then return to reception and await the arrival of your other guests.
- Our party hosts will be around for the duration of your birthday party offering assistance.
- You will be given jugs of juice and cups for the children to drink at the reserved tables.
- Children can go off and play whilst adults relax and share any pre-booked platters.
- Please ensure parents scan the £5 voucher registration QR code to receive their admission voucher for future visits.
- After approx. 90 minutes the children will be called on our tannoy system and asked to go to the birthday party area.
- If you have brought a cake, we will present it and sing Happy Birthday.
- Party food will then be served to the children (younger ones may require assistance from parents / carers).
- Whilst food is being served we will cut the cake to your requirements, wrap it and put it in the party bags you have brought with you or ordered from us.
- You must advise your party guests of the cake ingredients and any allergy issues. Cakes brought into the building must not contain nuts.
- If you have ordered a Bubbles' Character visit, Bubbles will attend the party to meet the children.
- When the birthday party finishes children will be given their party bags (if supplied by yourself or ordered from us).
- We ask that party guests vacate the party booths at the stated end time so we can turn the area around for the next Birthday Child and their guests.
- Please ask us if you require any bags for presents etc.
