We are open from 9:30am to 6:00pm and are much quieter early on. Between 11:30 and 4:00 tends to be our busier time.
We cater for children aged 0 – 11 years old.
For Health & Safety and insurance requirements we have to enforce age limits to our various play areas.

  • Baby & Toddler Area – Strictly for younger children under the age of 3.
  • Role Play Area – For Children aged 1 – 5.
  • Main Play Frame – 11 and under with parental supervision (18+)

Children & teens aged 12 – 17 are not allowed onto the play equipment.

There is nothing worse than paying to get into a place and the children pestering for money to play on other items. For this reason our ride-ons are included in our admission price and children can play on them for as long as they want. All we ask is that they take turns and allow other children who are waiting to also play (this helps develop younger children’s social skills).

A lot of our guests even comment that they save a fortune compared to paying for the ride ons outside their local supermarkets!

Our pricing structure has been created to be as fair as possible to all families regardless of size. We believe our prices are more than reasonable when compared to other attractions and things to do with kids (trampoline parks, bowling etc).
Over £2.5 million has been invested into Bubbles’ World of Play, significantly more than other play areas (which often only comprise of a slide, ball pit and a small soft play area) and it is difficult to compare Bubbles (with our heavily themed interactive play areas, ball cannon zones, role play areas, sensory zone, free fide-ons, free parking etc) with other play areas and attractions. We encourage adults to accompany younger children into our play areas to engage with the educational content and interactive play elements. We have also invested significantly in our seating areas with cctv monitors so parents can watch their children playing and secure entry & exit systems.

We encourage guests to pre-register as members on our website to benefit from cheaper members rates. Becoming a member is free and only takes a few minutes to register a family and will save you on average £2 per person.

I’m sure you will agree we offer great value for money given the size, quality and range of play equipment on offer at Bubbles’ World of Play.

We take the cleanliness of our play areas very seriously. Our play areas are cleaned and sanitised daily by our commercial contract cleaning company. On top of this our own team undertake an evening deep clean of the play areas every week. We use cleaning and sanitising products which are used by NHS trusts to clean hospitals and our cleaning products are safe to be used in a child focussed environment. Please be advised, sanitising and cleaning products are used on our play equipment throughout the day. If you have any allergy concerns; please speak to a member of staff before entering the playframe.

We have our very own 96 space FREE car park and there are hundreds more FREE parking spaces within Marine Point and the surrounding roads. Disabled parking spaces are provided in all car parks within Marine Point.

Please note: Our car park is locked at 6pm

New Brighton station is less than 5 minutes walk away. When arriving by train turn left out of the station and walk down the hill, we are the large ‘V’ shaped building on the left side of Marine Point.
Children and adults who enter our play areas must wear socks. This is for Health & Safety as well as obvious hygiene reasons. Socks can be purchased from our reception for only £1 a pair.
An adult is classed as a parent or guardian over the age of 18 and the child / children remain their responsibility at all times. This is for the safety and security of all children.

Sessions are limited to 2 hours to allow us to manage our safety capacity limits. If you wish to stay longer you can simply purchase 2 separate back to back sessions on our booking system.

We take the safety & security of our guests very seriously and we have invested significantly in a secure check in / check out admission system which uses a similar membership system to large gym operators.

All guests must be registered as members and provide their names, dates of birth, address and email address. This allows us to check the correct children in and out with their associated parents / guardians.
We are fully compliant with The Data Protection Act 1998 and registered with The Information Commissioner.


We serve food & drink within Bubbles which caters for a wide range of dietary and allergy requirements.

We offer healthy options as well as treats for the children and our menu includes adult meals. We have also achieved a 5* Food Hygiene Award.

In other venues, there have been occurrences of children with allergies picking up left over food from other tables resulting in severe allergic reactions. We are a nut free venue and thank our customers for appreciating and respecting this.

As a result we can not allow food or drink that is not purchased in the centre to be consumed (with the exception of baby foods).
