Excellent facility - great for younger children. Bit harder to work out how to get up to big slide

Value for money excellent facilities for children

Fantastic, helpful, friendly staff.

All of your team members were amazingly helpful and kind today (16th August). My son is disabled and my booking had multiple members arrive separately but everything went so well. Your host/staff at the gate today was so polite and when my son found himself upstairs when we lost eyes on him she was very kind when letting me know what happened. Your team at the splash park was so accommodating and helped when we had an accidental overcharge, with both members of staff being very quick to respond and help. Honestly haven’t had better luck with staff at a softplay centre in the 5 years we’ve been going to them! Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and appreciated :)

The children had a brilliant time

We really enjoyed our visit today.

A brilliant play centre. Very high standards, kept clean even when busy. But didn't feel cramped or packed as so spacious and plenty of seating. Loved the cameras on the play area so could watch your child. Loved the funny quotations.

upon arrival staff made us feel very welcome, they called my daughter by her first name as it was on the system from book our time slot. the whole amazing space was clean and well maintained. the toilet areas were cleaned to a high standard and I could see that the hourly check sheet in the toilets was completed every hour as stated. The food was a high standard and was absolutely delicious as well as very good value for money. The hot beverages were a good price and again good size for the price. My daughter loved the soft play and didn't want to leave. I have promised her we can come again soon. overall all staff were very helpful and polite made us feel very welcome and always have a friendly smile on their faces. 100% will be a returning customer as I felt safe letting my child play and and enjoy herself safely.
